How long sponge last? Do they offer replacement?

Each PVA Sponge last 6 months. You will get 2 PVA Sponges with the purchase for a 1 year use. Eventually we will offer a replacement. This is a new product just out. It is selling a lot.

Can you put any cleaners in the water?

Is there a way to keep mop from clicking sideways by itself?

Probably is the way you are holding it or applying the pressure, make sure the PVA mop is like in the video when you are cleaning. It doesn't click by itself if held in that angle. I hope this helps. (Video is the last image in the listing)
