Great option for deeper stretch in the quads/hamstrings
Great product, comes as advertised. I got these blocks to get more of a deep stretch when doing squats. These blocks have exceeded my expectations.

Good, but slides a little
These hold up under pressure and weight, but they do slide a little due to the lack of rubber on the bottom. I feel if the bottom was all rubber, or at least had multiple rubber strips across it, they would stick better. These only have 4 small rubber discs on the corners. I have tried them on horse mats and raw concrete, they still slide. Other than this, they work as described and should hold up for years.

Great addition to my home gym
I love these wedges. The angle is great for the quad-focused squats, they are comfortable to stand on even barefoot or in socks, and they’re very affordable. They’re also very light, so they’re easy to travel with.

I think these will be perfect. I was very happy that they came with a carrying bag. I have already taken them to the gym with me. I bought these to help me perform squats because sometimes my ankles are not moving correctly. I will also be using them with RDL's.
