Works well for mobility exercises, band-assisted pull-ups, and a variety of other things. Good price and seems like good quality.

I like that it comes in a set and can help with progression in assisted pull-ups. They do seem a bit more elastic than the one band I bought before, but it also makes it easier for me to get on the band. I can't speak to their durability yet as I have only used them for a few weeks.

I've been very hesitant to really put these through a good test. Just days after receiving these, my son was practicing with his coaches resistance bands..... There was a catastrophic failure and he got his right in his penis at a high rate of speed. It wasn't these bands, but it makes me think 10 times before testing the strength of the next bands.

A good variety of bands...very sturdy, unlike similar brands.

These bands are great for workouts! The length is great for doing explosive movements

What's expecting or hoping to use these for my physical therapy however they are not even close to what you get in a gym or a medical facility. I would have purchased more expensive ones but it seems the images they show are all the same.I can't speak for the rest of people in the review section however if you have ever had a quality band, these are not the ones.First time I tried using them to do the same exercises I do when I go for therapy and within the third or fourth rep the band had already lost 50% of its resistance.I'm using the heaviest band and it honestly feels like a band that's 25 lbs. I see that it is rated anywhere between 45 and 100 that is a massive swing in resistance you would have to double that thing up at that point your range of motion is so short it's worthless.
