買い物カゴに入れたまま2年弱…思い切って購入してみました。カットソー1枚着てる分には痛くないので説明書通り素肌で寝転んでみる。痛い。本当に痛い。。初めは5分ももたなかったですが、徐々にあまり痛みを感じなくなり、変わりに接触部がじんわり温かくなってきます。今は凝ってる部分に自重かけるまでに。直接深部マッサージしてほぐすのと比べると時間はかかりますが、楽にはなるし夜グッスリ眠れます。買ってよかったです！

difficile spiegare l’effetto benefico dello shakti mat se non lo avete mai provato, Io ho preso questa versione perchè piu lunga ma ho usato la classica per anni, decontrae, rilassa, allevia i dolori e addirittura induce il sonno (io devo puntare la sveglia dopo 15 minuti altrimenti mi addormento e ci resto troppo a lungo). Prezzo leggermente inferiore a quello del sito ufficiale.

This is my third acupressure mat and my first shakti brand. Should have started with this, well constructed and so much more intense. Worth the extra spend.

Feels painful at first but the pain subsides slowly. Helps me relieve any pain & I get a great sleep after using this mat! Highly recommend!
