Best Odor Eliminator
This product is a sanitizer, has no spell and eliminates odors of all sorts. You can use it on fabric to eliminate cigarette smoke, use it on any kind of feces, will remove mold and mildew. All you have to do is just spray it on the odor or mold etc. and let it dry. No scrubbing or rubbing. Let it dry on its own and the mold, mildew, cigarette smell etc. is gone and it does not come back. This product is also used in hospitals for sanitization.Once I spilled milk on my carpet and it was a terrible smell. The Sniper eliminated the smell. I cannot say enough about this product.

No more dog pee smell!
I tried 5 other pee removal products on amazon , some with huge reviews and none of them worked. I tried SNiPER one time and the smell is gone.Sprayed my work boots as well and that smell is gone too.I didn't notice any bleach or hospital type odors after using BTW.5 stars, wish I heard about this earlier, works perfectly and I definitely recommend it.

Great for treating Panleukopenia/Parvo areas
Panleukopenia is horrible this year among many other deadly diseases in the rescue world. I need everything I can use to help kill the germs & stop the spreading of diseases & this has done a great job.Easy to use.Doesn't hurt any items in my home.

Maybe works, reacts and makes chlorine odor
The product itself does NOT smell at all. What other people don't realize is that when the product reacts with certain compounds, it has that "bleach" or "chlorine" smell. It is because of the chlorine dioxide, an oxidizer. So I spray this stuff on some things, it makes it smell like chlorine, after swimming. It's been a week and the bleach smell is there so I cannot tell if it's working.I have no doubt the other compounds are the sanitizing agents and it kills germs but my main concern is odor, should have just used nok out.Whether it will dissapate and destroy the original odor I don't know yet, but as of now I cannot smell the original odor. Who knows, the oxidized odor may just decay and revert back to the original odor.I may post an update. It may make certain smells worse from reacting with dead skin cells, dust, etc. Or it may oxidize them and after dissapating, the odor is removed.

Worked great! Give it time to do it's thing and apply a 2nd coat if needed!
We have a 100+ stone smokehouse on the property we just purchased that my daughter plans to turn into a chicken coop. The problem was that you could barely walk in the musty dank odor was so bad. She used the whole bottle in 2 separate applications over a week (to let the first application work it's best, which it was amazing the difference, but not totally gone). After the 2nd application you walk in and can't smell a thing! Definitely going to purchase the gallon next to have around the house for pet mishaps and any other mold/mildew we come across as we remodel.
