Poor fabric quality. Torn from inside

Product torn from inside . I did not see when I got . I saw when I washed . Inner of gown was torn from one side . But wat can we do. As poor return policy of amazone so I kept it . Because it's been washed. If I return . I lost both product and money . Bcoz I washed so in. End I get message u didn't send product in orginal condition . So no refund . And product also lost
