Not only does it have your to do list and a place to write notes, but also helps to track exercise, water intake, meals, and even has a place to write what you’re grateful for everyday which is so positive and I’ve loved getting in that headspace and habit everyday. There is also a quote at the bottom of every page that I think is so inspiring and love reading them! When the planner came, there was a handwritten note from the family that owns the company and a cute picture of the couple and their child!
