As expected, clicks and locks into place. Wires are not pre-stripped.
Fits my Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX stereo and also is the same as my older Pioneer DEH-X6900BT. Check to make sure the connector is correct as some of the Pioneer harness looks very similar but has the bigger power pins on the opposite side of the connector. There is no diagram included, but the cables color uses the EIA standard colors as expected and the cable also has the signals printed on it if you can read it. Wires has been stripped/cut, just need to pull off the insulation.

Didn’t work
Stereo would not turn on so I plugged my old one back in and it works fine, the wires are shorter than they are supposed to be but it’s working.
