I would recommend trying it. I think that it affected my blood sugar and I’d feel nauseated if it dropped, which was new. I am already on low carb and don’t need to lose more fat but was hoping I could add more carbs with this. My arms definitely are more defined - I lift weights so this was my goal. The keto-like diet completely wiped out bloating and any fat/weight gain and actually helped me gain muscle and this did seem to have incremental benefit. So not sure I would stay on this supplement but it’s worth trying.

I tried it but it needs to come in a capsule, it is a large pill and hard to swallow! It left a bad taste in my mouth that lasted all day! Can't tell if it works, it tastes too bad to keep taking, I put it in the trash!!

This is the best of the activators in my opinion . You will notice it when you have it and miss it when you don’t . The others only carry the single ingredient .

I started using this product almost a ago. I began using this product for weight loss. I had changed my lifestyle by eating much better and working out on a regular basis. I was using this to continue the process. I had, prior to coming into this, lost 27lbs. While on this I was able to be maintaining what I lost but it didn’t seem to be helping me loose anything more and I didn’t feel much better. After about 6 months I slowly started to gain more while being on it so I said enough I wasn’t going to continue paying for this if it wasn’t helping. I weened off of it over the course of a couple weeks and gained 20lbs!! I was very upset because it took me a long time to loose the 20lbs in the first place. After a time I decided to give it a go with doctors permission to try again came on it and it did nothing at all. I stayed the weight I was, which was where I started at from the very beginning and I did the meds for another 6 months. I stayed on them more so due to fear of coming off and gaining more yet again even though continuing the same lifestyle. I’ve been weening again for the last 2-3 weeks and I’m up 6lbs! This did not work for me.
