Gibson Elite 114339.16R Casa Azul 16 Piece Reactive Glaze Dinnerware Set, Cream and Blue

I absolutely love this dinnerware set! As I've been focusing more on eating healthier, presentation has become an important part of the process, and these plates are the perfect addition to my routine. I bought them to complement the blue and green tones in my home decor, and they exceeded my expectations when they arrived ~ they're even more beautiful in person. Initially, I kept them tucked away to preserve their new look, but now that I’ve been using them regularly, I can confidently say they hold up great to daily wear and tear.I recently returned to Amazon to share the link with a friend, only to find that they're out of stock. I really hope this is just temporary, because I'd love for my friend to get a set without having to envy mine!

We had a set that was 10 years old and had broken some so we found these to be close.Very happy with the quality

I have been looking for a set of every day dishes since we moved and only kept Grandma's hand painted ones used at Holidays. There were scary reviews of broken and cracked sets, but, these were packaged with care and delivered in one day. Amazing!! The colors are consistent and match my table beautifully. I received them about a half hour ago so I don't know how they hold up in the dishwasher or microwave. If all goes well I'll order a second set.Ronnie

These are SO PRETTY in person (I got the blue). Much prettier than online pictures. Each piece is slightly different from the next, as they are made using a reactive glaze. It gives them the appearance of being hand painted. They feel durable and well made and I couldn't be happier. They are very heavy! The dinner plates are big, the mugs are 16 ounces, and it is just a beautiful set.I was nervous ordering dishes online, but everything arrived well packed and undamaged. I waffled quite a while between this set and another from a different brand. I am so glad I pulled the trigger on these.

We ordered 3 sets so we'd have service for 12 (in order to have enough for group dinners and to not have to run the dishwasher as often). The first 2 sets came one day, and all the dinner plates in one of the boxes were broken. Amazon was great about replacing the whole set right away, and that set arrived the same day the third set we ordered came.The only thing I am slightly disappointed about is the color. The cream is much darker (dark beige) than it looks in the picture, and the blues are not as vivid.

My new dishware is very sturdy and well-made. I purchased these dishes to go with my new kitchen decor after using the same dishware for 37 years. I bought them for their eye appeal and they are just beautiful! I am extremely pleased with the durability and quality and am sure they will last for many years!

We just received this set of dishes and are very pleased so far. The set seems well-made, the colors are vibrant, and they match our decor nicely. No idea about the durability yet, but they seem solid. We hope to get many years of use from them.Update! -- two years later and the set has held up well. Only one tiny chip on one saucer and one broken saucer due to a mishap loading the dishwasher. Overall, very pleased with this set, especially for the price.
