The Asus ROG 5s initially impressed with its powerful gaming performance and solid design. However, after updating to system version 13, significant issues arose with the Wi-Fi and hotspot functionality.Post-update, both Wi-Fi and hotspot features ceased to function properly and cannot be turned on. Despite the warranty being expired, the severity of these issues prompts me to seek a refund or replacement from Asus. The inability to use basic connectivity features severely impacts the phone's utility and its core purpose as a gaming-centric device.While the ROG 5s boasts impressive specs and performance, potential buyers should exercise caution regarding system updates and their potential impact on device functionality. Based on my experience, I recommend exploring alternatives with more reliable post-update support and customer service.In summary, the Asus ROG 5s' system update has led to critical Wi-Fi and hotspot issues, prompting a request for resolution beyond the warranty period. my phones wifi stopped working automatically and now the service center guy told me that i have to get my motherboard replaced what a joke

The phone really insane it's the best phone the storage the camera each and everything is good and the cost is also low.The performance is insane and the charging speed is good and a light weight phone

I wish I could give no stars, it's been a year and after 13 update my start to dying each month somthing stops working 1) it was air trigger, 2) Wifi and hotspot, 3) display got 1 line on the left side, 4) automatically shutting down atleast once of twice in a week, 5) front camera stop working, 6) over heating started, 7) lots of applications start to crash amazing application crashed 3 times whole writing this review. All this happened in just 3 months. Biggest irony is no one is supporting Asus staff is arrogent, they never take responsibility, they blame us and ask for money to repair. I will never going to use Asus products again in my life
