Easy to use! The hand held steamer w/ mitt is Great! Steam cleaned the top of my mattress and cushions on my couch! I did order additional mop pads... and a eucalyptus mint from bissell to add to water to steam floors. Note: Be sure to turn the on/off switch off on the side in addition to the front round dialVery happy with this purchase!

wrong voltage
I thought since I was ordering from Amazon Singapore, having it sent to a Singapore address, the voltage would be for Singapore, just took a look, and found out it's for USA voltage, and now need to use a converter, extra item to try to lug around while using. I just took a look at description, and the voltage was not mention. Very very disappointed.

somebody glued carpet to the stairs back . Carpet came up, but not the glue. I have tried just about everything on the market . Now it looks like black mold, coz the glue gets dirty . So embarrassing .I got this steamers. What the heck, i'll try it. SOOOO fast. the glue just fell off the stairs back. i used the long brush to help. 15 minuets later i have what looks like new stairs. OH JOY. Yes i would buy this again.
