This stuff is amazing and versatile. I am allergic to wheat and corn. I keep this stuff in my pantry and use it in both dry and liquid form. Liquid-Smoothies and ice cubes Dry-to thicken gravies and add to baking. I like this because I can make it as needed, keeps it fresh and I can vary it's thickness to what I'm making. The taste is delicious, the color is a nice clean white/off white, chef's kiss.., it pairs with chicken and shrimp so well. Fragrant, just so nice.., Highly recommend you give this a try.

I was so nervous reading reviews for this & other brands. THIS SMELLS HEAVENLY. It smells FRESH. There is no rancid smell (and my nose is extremely sensitive to slight nuances in odors). The powder is loose & fine with no hard clumps.I heated up a small amount of water & poured the hot water over the scoop of powder in my glass. I mixed it up & it mixed up smoothly, no lumps.There is *no* cow milk in this. The three ingredients are all organic, many people complained about the added maltodextrin (from organic tapioca) but there is only one gram of sugar in a nine gram serving & it keeps the texture what it needs to be.I poured my coffee over top of the small amount that I had pre-mixed with hot water. It made my coffee taste better than it has in years.

Super yummy, creamy, rich but not overwhelming... I thought I was buying something else but I am glad I accidentally picked this. If you are planning to mix it with water to drink... You need to use some sort of whipper to mix it in for like 20 seconds. I have not tried cooking with it yet but I am planning to this week because I love the flavor.

I bought this to make a non dairy hot cocoa mix. Very sweet and strong coconut flavor but made a dent cup of cocoa once I got the ingredients balance to my liking. You definitely need far less sugar than a mix recipe states. In the end, not a bad cup of dairy free cocoa.

Ok so after reading reviews about dissolving issues. I bought a $6.99 frothier and put coconut powder first..then 1/4 cup hot tea/coffee and OMGIt was amazing and frothy not chucks at all. Thank you Anthony for a healthy dairy free no refrigerated option. Taste is great

Excellent quality, good taste, blends easily with filtered water in coffee and hot chocolate and is convenient to have on hand.

As someone who is sensitive to dairy, specifically milk, but still wants creamy flavored coffees without chemicals, this is a life saver! I always read through reviews before purchasing anything and take them all with a grain of salt. There are a few people giving bad reviews saying their product was expired (by YEARS!) when it was just them not reading the date correctly. You can tell in those photos that the product is NOT EXPIRED! My coconut milk powder came yesterday, and it expires in 2025.The product came somewhat clumpy, but think that is the HEALTHY fats (yes, fats can be healthy! Not everything needs to be low calorie). I rarely drink hot coffee but drink iced coffee almost every day, and there are several reviews saying it didn’t dissolve and was clumpy in COLD drinks, so it had me second guessing ordering. HOWEVER! I knew I wanted to make my creamer ahead of time and store it in the fridge for ease of use every day. This worked perfectly and I recommend to anyone who enjoys iced drinks! To make it, I used hot water with coconut milk powder, added a little pure maple syrup and blended. Transferred to a container with a lid to keep in the fridge and woke up this morning to wonderful creamer!I do wish the packaging had more specific directions on how to make. It’s stated somewhere on here it should be 1 part coconut milk powder to 2 parts water but one reviewer said she did 8 tablespoons powder to one cup water, so I went with that (loosely).I haven’t had any issues with the bag not closing, but seems easy enough to put in a separate container if needed.Overall, I’m very happy with this! As an added bonus to drinking in my coffee/tea, I added some to my bath (thank you reviews!) and it was heavenly! My skin was so soft, smooth and hydrated, so I will be doing that again! Definitely worth the money and so many uses makes this is extremely versatile.
