Must have if you ski!
Not to bash on the product, because the product is exceptionally well made with great quality; but, for a dad who wanted to teach his sons to snowboard (I did buy three of these because they are made with great quality), i felt like this hindered my kids from learning to fall, as part of learning to snowboard. As great as this product is, I felt like I was “handicapping” my kids learning curve.Instead, what I did, I bought knee pads, butt pads, helmet (of course - don’t even doubt about this), and let them figure out how to “stop” while giving them space between me and my child (I.e. 5 feet away), and I started to see progress, I widened my distance so they can come towards me.Mind you for snowboarding, this was difficult to manage my kids in; but, I think this is a great “tool” for new skiers.

Great ski harness
This ski harness was great for my 3 year old. The backpack made it convenient to story the straps when they weren’t needed or any other items. The straps are a good length and easily adjustable. The handle on the back made it easy to pick up when they had fallen. The only thing that wasn’t my favorite, but some may love is the handles on the straps. Could be considered comfortable to some, but I found it hard to hold and manage with gloves on.

Decent if the waist strap wouldn't always come loose! Not helpful.

Helpful & Comortable
The media could not be loaded. This ski harness single handedly helped us teach our 3 year old how to ski this year. It is very user friendly and comfortable for child. I like the different lengths you can make the leash also!

Works perfect!
My daughter feels so confident skiing with this backpack! It’s the perfect size. I love that it is small but also big enough that she can carry a couple of her own snacks in there. The ropes are a perfect length too. She still likes to wear this backpack even after she didn’t need the ropes. I like that it has a handle and I can swoop in and grab her from that if needed. It also helps getting her off the lift. She is 5 in these pictures for reference.
