I'm sooo happy I found out about this product. Its perfect for pressing/straightening my 3b/3c hair. I don't have to buy and waste money on a bunch of other products to straighten my hair, just need this. It will last a long time. My hair used to look so puffy after straightening it but this gets it smooth, shiny, and weighed down just the right amount! I used just a little the first time but now I think I can use a little more next time I straighten. If you use too much then it probably will make the hair look to flat, weighed down and greasy. The jar is bigger than I expected and for the price its really worth it!

Perfect product for everyday use or pressing

Ordered this to press my hair with a hot comb. This product will provide protection for your hair from high heat temperatures, so it does work well and provides shine. It weighed my hair down and was a little to greasy for my hair, but that isn't to say that the product is not good, it's just wasn't for my hair type. So the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the greasing. Once applied to my hair it did last.

First of all, I was very pleased to find this product. I am sensitive to strongly scented hair care products, so it was such a relief to find one that has next to no scent. However, I will probably be adding a little essential oil to it since I do like a mild fragrance. But it delivered an excellent press result leaving my hair shiny but not scorched.

I love this dax coconut oil and castor oil pressing oil. Great size. I ordered the 15 oz and it was a great price. Fast delivery. The pressing oil left my hair soft and it detangles my hair and great for silk pressing my hair. I just use a heat protector and use dax pressing oil and leaves my hair shiny, soft and silky. I would recommend everyone to get this pressing oil.

I was looking for something like this. There was one I used a long time ago.

I was looking for a grease that was in between a heavier pomade & an oil. The unscented/ light scent is perfect. Added bonus is that it protects against heat but I’m primarily using it as hair grease for my twist outs after applying gel. My hair stays moist and shiny for days.
