One of my favorite supplements from one of my favorite brands. Effective, increased energy, taste isn’t great but not bad, but if you’ve taken creatine you know that. Weird texture too but it’s worth it! I recommend mixing it with something other than just water if you’re weird about taste and texture, if you aren’t I just mix it in a glass of water and chug it.The most important thing is to drink LOTS of water. The more you drink the more effective it is. I noticed I get dehydrated easier while taking it as it stores water in you muscles so it’s very important to stay hydrated throughout the day. It’ll keep your liver healthy and improve your benefits. I did not experience any bloating or water retention while taking it, if anything my skin was the healthiest and leanest it’s been.

Very effective product. My muscles are operating on a high level and my endurance has increased. The taste is barely noticeable and it’s clean with no fillers. Very much worth it.

Been using creatine monohydrate since I was 16 I'm now in my mid 20's so safe to say I know what brands are good and how creatine makes me feel. This creatine is pure, no bs no taste no scent (which is GOOD!) Good ingredients no side effects. All creatine will bloat u a tiny bit with water weight that's NORMAL but this one does it the least and has never messed with my stomach it's all pure creatine so I know this one not only works well but has 0 issues. As a serious weightlifter you definitely want 5 grams of creatine at least 5 days a week.

So far I like it! I honestly don't really know if it's doing anything because it's all internal and I haven't had it too long, but I've had no issues develop so I guess it's doing it's job! I know Creatine can cause headaches and such in other people, but I've been fine. My trainer says do at least 1 scoop (5g) a day even when not training.Dissolving: Some people complained it wasn't dissolving in their water, well yeah... Because your water is cold or room temp! I don't know any powder that dissolves in cold liquid. It's like mean you make sweet tea, you put the sugar in when the tea is still hot. Anyway! It says put it in any drink of your choice so naturally I do hot tea. It dissolves easily and has no taste!(I also use Naked's protein powder since it's water split and not chemical, love that since I can't do whey.)
