I purchased AQUADYNE Micro Processor Controller & Uv Ballast Compatible For Kent Water Purifiers on 15 April 2025. Now it is not working. It has 1 year warranty. How can i claim my warranty? Please guide.

I was provided a faulty piece. Didn't work right from arrival. 24 v dc not working at its output point
