Keep in Refrigrator
I think this is best I every had the fish oil with EPA and DPF . Remember after open must store in refrigartor I just learned this.

good ingredients and no flavor
Taken as directed, it goes down easily and does not give fish taste later in the day. Obviously I can't attest to the content of the capsules so I must have faith that it is the fish oil as they describe. I purchased them based on the ingredients. Better ingredients than most other fish oil capsules. I am happy with the product.

Benefit of Omega 3
Hard to review. I have been taking this fish oil for a long time, and I do not feel any difference with joints, inflammation or overall health. My wife is required to take fish oil, and I take it just for the extra benefit of omega 3. Whether or not it is a benefit to my health, unsure. I have taken other omega 3's and no difference.
