This is a well-designed and capable product that does exactly what it’s intended to do. The build quality is solid, and once set up, it performs reliably and produces consistent results. It’s a useful tool for anyone looking for this type of functionality and offers good value for the price.

The customer service is out of this world. I had a faulty device and they were very quick on replacing it with a new one. The device itself performs great and does exactly what I need it too.

I really wanted to like this product and was genuinely looking forward to using it, but the lack of usable instructions made it nearly impossible to get working. Out of the box, there is little to no guidance on setup, calibration, or basic operation. If you’re not already familiar with XY plotters, G-code–style workflows, or similar machines, you’re essentially left guessing. I spent a significant amount of time trying to figure it out and ultimately had to return the product. There are some great reviews and YouTube videos online, but it’s very clear those users either: Had prior experience with this type of machine, or Received coaching or guidance that isn’t included with the product For a consumer-facing device, that’s a problem. A product like this should not require deep prior knowledge just to get started. With proper documentation and beginner-friendly instructions, this could be a solid product—but as it stands, it’s not accessible to the average user. Disappointing, because the concept and build seem promising.

So far the A4 has run flawless. It feels super sturdy and I have have no real issues. Any configuration help has been addressed by the vendor immediately. The customer support is top notch. Each time I reached out, I was helped very fast.

Support is awesome. Machine is awesome! Need some Inkscape skillz but you can ChatGPT the help! Be patient during set up , hit up the support guy if you need anything and then you will be ecstatic! This is sweet!!

楽しいです。精度も高く、さまざまな画材や手法で実験しています。組み立ても簡単で、同梱USBメモリに含まれるマニュアルはかなり親切にまとめられています。

マニュアルには動画もあり、とても分かりやすい。実際にペンが自動で動く様子を見ると感動する。 通常のフォントでは二重線になってしまうため、一画ごとにパス化された「ストロークフォント」が必要になる。日本語のストロークフォントを探すのは苦労したが、こちらのサイトで本機器用に使えるストロークフォントが提供されていた。コマンドプロンプトで操作する必要はあるものの、解説が分かりやすく、手順どおりに進めれば問題なく導入できる。 「KST32B.svgフォントセット一応完成、公開 - PIC電子工作ブログ」 このフォントはゴシック体で、やや手書き感に欠けるが、JIS第2水準漢字に対応している。 本来は達筆な草書体や行書体のストロークフォントを探していたが、見つからなかった。そもそも通常の日本語フォントですら、JIS第2水準に対応したフリーフォントは稀であり、需要の少ないストロークフォントならなおさらである。 通常のフォントを単純にパス化しても、線が乱れたり書き順がバラバラになったりするのは当然で、機械的に一画を正しく捉えることはできない。 マニュアルではストロークフォントを自作できるツールも紹介されており、手書き風のストロークフォントが欲しい場合は、マウスやペンタブで一文字ずつ自作するしかない。 本当は、ある政治家のように何千枚ものハガキに達筆で書いてみたかったが、そう簡単にはいかなかった。 今回の機器を通じてストロークフォントの存在を知り、日本語フォントの壁を実感できたのは良い経験だった。今後は、通常フォントをストローク化するAI技術の開発が待たれる。
