Purchased as a Christmas gift for the Kiddo. I find myself using it as much as they do. There are two speed settings one limits it to around 15 mph which is pretty decent. If you want to feel like your standing on a Tesla kick it up to turbo mode and blast off with top speeds around 28-30 mph!The one thing I was concerned with was Battery life, but it is a non issue. I haven't taken it on long rides of miles at a time yet, but I am confident the battery life stated in sellers description are correct. Using it like we do to joy ride around the neighborhood, you can easily get away with only charging it once a week-at most.Customer service: I have not had any issues that needed me to contact support, however, the seller reached out anyway to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I feel they will be there if an issue ever arises. Overall very happy with purchase.

10/29 - Safe to say I will probably never hear from them. Hopefully the battery will last which seems to be the complaint for the negative reviews.10/09 - I was able to call after a few attempts and was greeted by a nice and courteous person. She gave me a reference number and said I would be contacted via email. It’s been a few days but I haven’t received anything yet. It’s not looking good, I might have to be content with the max speed at 18 mph. I did purchase the seat but it feels a bit short and kind of awkward to use. Having it though doesn’t take away from making the scooter easy to fold. If you plan to use the seat I suggest using it for slower speeds only.09/23 - As everybody says, scooter looks well built. I’ve tried it only on smooth roads but have been happy with how it handles. I cannot connect with the minirobot app but am able to with the isinwheel app. My scooter maxes out at 18 mph even though the website says it can reach 21 mph. The isinwheel app only lets you switch between 2 levels of speed but not control the actual max speed. I’ve emailed [email protected] at least 3 times (difficult to call the past few weeks due to work) to ask about this and even sent a picture to show the scooter maxing at 18 mph. I’m sure it isn’t a weight thing because I checked this speed by elevating the scooter with no one on it. I’ll try to call eventually but so far I have not experienced the highly praised customer support everyone touts. I bought my scooter direct from Isinwheel and now I kind of wish I got from Amazon because of this.

I didn't buy this scooter but I did however purchase the GT1 from the same seller. They turned off the option to create a review and if you reach out to them from Amazon , You will get a message stating that they have left the Amazon store. But yet here they are selling on a different listing and have an entire store on here. This company will not answer the phone... Good luck. Two stars it is a fun device just has issues.

I already have two Isinwheel scooters and plan to buy another. Great price point for the level of scooter you get (No matter which model). Currently we have the S9-Max and the S10-Max. S9-Max had some non warranty issues from dropping scooter and the support has been great with helping me fix. We are over 3 months now with no performance issues. Already have well over 400 plus miles and use this scooter everyday. Such a smooth fun ride everyday and night with the suspension and lights. Speed setting have been accurate for us so far. Really glad after doing some research that I went with this brand. Highly recommend

Save yourself the stress and never order online from Isinwheel.Had ordered a $400 electric scooter as a birthday gift. They said it would ship from New Jersey and take 1-3 business days, but it shipped from California and took 6 business days. The package arrived totally damaged, and the scooter was also damaged in several places. So I asked for a refund. Got the reply a day later that they will refund me $20 as compensation (which I never got) and offered to send me replacement parts so I can fix it. I said I want to send it back and get my money refunded. 1 day later I got a mail with UPS label. Wasted $14 on box tape and brought the package for UPS.UPS lost the package, and Isinwheel will not refund my money until they receive the scooter.It is better to buy expensive stuff directly from the store and save a lot of stress or from Amazon.

Been riding the scooter hard for 6 months no problems jump curbs act like an idiot on it it takes it it's built tough love it

This scooter was bought for a few miles a way to college once per week, maybe a total of 20 miles per week. It is not heavy and easy to transport. I had an issue with electrical problem about after a month of purchased. But the customer service was very good. Jessica of Isinwheel was very quick in addressing the problem and sending me the parts needed. It has been a few months now and the scooter rides like new.

I bought this scooter for work. I also use it in the neighborhood. I did have to adjust brakes, that was easy, change a tire, that was easy as well. Just normal wear and tear. The battery did die on my, but I emailed customer support and after a few exchanges I was a ble to get a new battery, I installed and brand new again. The only inconvenience is that the battery went dead out of the blue. Not sure if it was due to overcharging or just wear and tear. But, like everything else in life how you maintain it and keep it will determine more than not how long it lasts. I am extremely happy with the product and would recommend it.
