So is Atlas #450, 9 - 9 inches long or 11 or 5 inches like it says in the Product description?

The catalog says it is a Tru track 9" straight. Mine are currently packed to move, so I can't put my hands on one.

How do I connect the terminal wires to my just plug power? I thought the wires had connectors that I just plugged them in...
