These things are dangerous. Even though the tip is silicone and soft, it is still enough to damage one’s eardrum.I tried it out, and almost pierced my eardrum. Not only that, but there was no wax on the thing. I then used a cotton swab and had a boatload of wax on the end of the cotton swab.Save your time, money, and eardrums… Do not buy this.Nothing beats a good old cotton swab. Those work so much better than this dangerous device.

I used to use q tips . This product is so much better. Twist to the right or the tip will get temporarily stuck in your ear. (Not go to hospital stuck )

I tried these first, then I the forbidden Colton swabs. Cotton swabs actually removed more wax then these.

The product seems to be totally ineffective. Not having my ears professionally cleaned for over 20 years, I used the product and nothing was extracted at all. Maybe you have some condition that produces a lot of ear wax, but I only dry my ears after a shower and nothing came out at all from either ear. Save your money on this particular product which is in now way upon receipt branded Q-Grips. Maybe the real thing is better. I thought I was getting it.

Complete scam. Q tips are a hundred times more effective. These literally do nothing at all, and they certainly don't do what they are advertised to do. Also surprisingly cheap quality for a medical product. It's like something you would buy for $1 from Wish.com. The only reason this isn't rated 1 star overall is because 80% of the reviews for this are for a completely different product. Every 5 star review in here is for some kind of cold sore medicine. DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS.

I tend to build wax fast and so was excited to see this as I have poked my drums too many times. Well this product is worthless. I can get more wax out with my finger tip.

The media could not be loaded.  The tip is smooth and comfortable. INever able to get much ear wax with this, instead I use steel made wax puller with small scoop at edge. I see less amount of wax for its tip but not working as it was advertised.

What started out as a good idea in theory has failed miserably. This product simply doesnt work at all, not even remotely.Now I will think of another use for the remaining grips....
