Likes; Very easy to use. Dislikes; Hook that connects to the bottle should be a little tighter and though a decent design, I feel the tool is overpriced.

Some of these are manufactured defective!
If you find nothing flows through the black tip, you may have received one that is solid. I called Subaru and talked to the service manager. I ended up taking a tiny drill bit and drilling through it to get it working. After that it seems to work fine.

NEVER us this vendor
I ordered the cleaning tool and received a bolt. When I tried to return the item, I was told it is a flammable liquid and I could not return it. If you look at the photo, there is obviously no liquid or flammable items. So frustrating and will never order from the is vendor again!
