Excellent laptop
I received the laptop in excellent condition. No damages or scratches. Everything working perfectly. Only i want to know from seller, keyboard layout for which country???

Better than advertised
Really good , solid system for the price..It's not qhd+ it's 1080p which really doesn't matter. but it's not 8 gb ram it's 16... Which is alhamdullilah

Everything works fineBut they need to carfully more in the laptop hinch areas on bottom because i received the laptop with the open close lid housing unit one of the side broken i managed it using stickers to cover it

Great laptop
Came with just few small scratches but looks like new and super happy with nice surprise as it came with (2x8gb) total 16gb ram instead of 8gb.

Feel not a real dell
Mouse pad is not working properly after several month. Lot of time in my life I used Dell, but this laptop is not giving me those feeling of original Dell using. Something is fishy
