I bought this based on other reviews. I also live in Arizona and the temperature in my car (no AC) is regularly 120-150°F. My phone will shut itself off, close apps, malfunction all sorts of ways in the heat. An ice pack helps but only for a little while. The cooling device is nice. The only thing that may be a drawback for some people is that the cooler needs its own power source. It does not have a battery. The instructions are in English and Chinese, but the installation and use are very straightforward. I run a Galaxy S23+ and this device fits over my phone perfectly and even fits with the case on! It obviously works better without the case as it will contact the phone directly. The air flows IN through the fan on top and blows OUT of the sides. Within moments of installation and proper power source my phone dropped from from 28c to 10c according to the display on the cooler. That's around 85°Freedom to 50°Freedom. A serious difference. My phone is cool to the touch. The fan is almost silent. A tiny hum is all you'd notice. The LEDs are nice and bright.

This product does the job. The cooling surface gets pretty cold and the cooling of the phone is quite effective. My phone was 60°C So I removed the case and slapped the cooler onto the back of the phone. The cooler said 18°C So I thought it was not detecting the temperature of the phone correctly. However, when I removed the cooler to feel the cooling surface, it felt cold! The display temperature must be the temperature of the cooling surface than the temperature of the phone. Anyways, my phone rapidly cooled off to feel just slightly warm to the touch and then I put the case back on and I slapped the cooler onto the glass front instead of the back to cool a bit more. Note that there is no battery in this device so you have to keep it Plugged in someplace for continuous cooling.
