The colours are dull and almost unreadable, it is not fake leather or embossed. EXTREMELY disappointed. Prices was too good to be true and it definitely was! Completely false advertised. No UP house on the front, the rope is shiny and plastic --- UGLY, dont waste your money.

Got this for my husband for our anniversary. I like that there’s enough room to place a picture and write a caption on the same page. I didn’t care for the tie that keeps it all together but I made it work
