having first looking into the Audew i seen the test video on youtube project farm in america, but for the life of me could i find any uk stock,then after contacting Audew they had stock in the uk,so i took a punt, so it arrived and instantly you could see the quality,. so here goes my 2008 transit high top which by the way was dead as a dodo. connected the said devise up... and bingo fired up first time., after i stopped laughing how this littel devise was so good ,i bought 2 more to be left in my 2 vans and one car for the wife. i would not hesitate recommending these babys, which i have many times. total life changer no mor relying on the AA/RAC ect or waiting for a jump start. buy with confidence.

First things first, this product is brilliant. A friend has an Audi A5 he uses occasionally which has a weak battery, and prior to buying this he would have to jump start it the old fashioned way, with another vehicle close by, jump leads, basically a faff.Using this product jump starting the car takes a couple of minutes at most. You connect the crocodile clips to the respective terminals, press the boost button on the device, and start the car. In my experience jumping his car with it, it consumes between 5-8% charge jumping the car. The other features are useful - a torch that probably lasts more than a day given the battery size, and USB ports to charge your devices on the move. Excellent.Now, the bad points..First, and foremost, the aftersales service for this product is - in my experience - TERRIBLE. I recently managed to somehow lose the cigarette lighter adaptor (another excellent addition) after pumping up my tyres. I messaged the company asking how I can buy a replacement to be told in one sentence terse emails that they don't sell parts separately *full stop*. So, if you lose any of the parts for this, or they go wrong, you're on your own. Some of the supplied parts are bespoke and not available elsewhere.Secondly, whilst the product comes with a handy hard shell carry case it is not large enough to store all of the attachments easily. You basically have to play Tetris removing and adding parts until you can fit everything in and zip it up. If you misplace anything whilst doing this, then see above - time to buy an entire new one.Thirdly, the leads with the crocodile clips are very short. I understand that this is to ensure the maximum amperage gets from the device to the thing you're attaching it to, but depending on the configuration of your vehicle you could find that they simply don't reach between the positive and negative/ground terminals. In the case of the Audi it only attaches with the leads both stretched, and in a particular orientation, not ideal. They really need to be another inch longer at least.In summary - this is a great product to have handy, or left in the car if it has trouble starting. But, I can't in good conscience recommend this product because of the non-existant aftersales service. I fortunately haven't had anything go wrong with mine yet, but if it fails I'm expecting to have to just throw it away.

Purchased this jump starter a few years back and love it. My favorite feature is the boost button. It has never let me down. I purchased a different brand for my kids that was on sale for Christmas. We had a dead battery and after trying all 3 of the other brand the only one to work was this one. So I returned the other ones and purchased this one for my kids. Would be nice if the price was a little lower.

I was very skeptical about the product until I saw a You Tube video by Project Farms. I bought the Audew which seems to have been relabeled but the design is the same. I was able to jump start 2 vehicles with one charge during the Texas Freeze.The only con it has is that the cables could be at least 3 to 4 inches longer to accommodate certain vehicles designs other wise it works.

Everything you need is included for charging your vehicle battery and you can also charge your phone as well. It holds a charge for about 3 days. My neighbor is a mechanic and this is the one he suggested for us to buy! Perfect!

Bought this just in case. Ended up using it the next week. Had to start my car in a parking lot. Car started right up. Used two more times that same week until I bought a new battery. Jumper still shows at100% capacity.
