The addition of rivets make this Inspection Mirror better than before
I purchased this inspection mirror for my Quadriplegic friend. His original mirror, manufactured by this same company, had a terrible engineering flaw--the mirror was only glued to the flexible handle. The mirror almost immediately came off. It was reglued twice before I decided to replace it. The rivets which hold the mirror to the handle on this model are working out MUCH better. No worries of the mirror popping off. I also appreciate that the end of the handle is now a nice wood. More comfortable for the user. It is a necessary tool for Quads and Paras, as checking their skin is a daily job, and needs to be reliable. It still is a very expensive product, but with the better design, at least it will last longer.

Great reflective surface, hygienic, and easy to use - but needs handle improvement
No distortions, as advertised. Excellent mirror. Easy to keep sanitized. The handle is flexible, but the instructions are not good, so it's hard to figure out how to use. The handle could use some bulk, but that could be difficult if you want something that grips, because it would be harder to clean. So here is my advice:The handle is made so you adjust the points between the ends of the strap so it "tightens" around your particular hand by EXTENDING the straps. You have to maneuver the mirror to bend the way you want, then adjust the strap so it fits.If you use the mirror in a position where you don't have to adjust the grip, I would take some adhesive tape and apply it around the handle for better grip. You may consider putting a piece of plastic wrap on the center of it first, then applying the tape so just the ends stick. This way, you can unwrap it easily to clean it and keep it sanitary. Or put tape directly on it but finish off with something like Gorilla duct tape so you can sanitize the outer layer.Otherwise, consider wearing a rubberized glove when you use this, if grip is a problem.

Good for people with disabilities
This mirror lets you see parts of your skin and body you’d have to be some kind of contortionist to see otherwise.

No instructions
No packaging therefore no instructions on how to use the different hand straps. Had to go back to the website to read the description for information.
