having read other bake off books was curious to read more. lots of info makes me want to enter !

Entertaining and enjoyable.

Since the Pillsbury Bake-Off began in 1949, there has always been a mystique about it. So many of the questions are answered through personal experience in this book. The journey of each finalist is different, wonderful, unique, and everyone agrees that it was one of the best experiences of their entire lives. The author did a great job in compiling all of this information in a most entertaining way. Even if cooking and baking are not a favorite past time, this book is an entree (no pun intended) into the thrilling and exciting world of competition cooking. Great job!!
