Little apprehensive about purchasing a computer which would be delivered via USPS but all went great. The desktop arrived quickly and was snugly packed. Included keyboard and mouse which I hadn't expected. Many thanks. In two seconds it was up and running. Took 3 hrs. to do all the updates but after that I was in business. Loaded most of my programs which I need including iTunes which has gotten cranky in its old age. First time I've purchased a refurbished computer and the experience has been very positive. Kinda feel better about it as I know someone knowledgeable has checked it over.

I ended up not wanting this computer, but the folks at Mega Field were stellar. They gave me a replacement computer that exceeded my expectations, a Dell 8910. It has all I need it to have. I upgraded the video card to a GTX970, that was a snap to do. I intend to upgrade to a 2 TB SSD for speed of gaming, computer development, and boot ups, and also to add 2 hard drives.This particular computer won't serve a gamer or developer well, but the Dell 8910 will.

I like the computer, it works fine and I have no problems other than it struggling to play videos and the DVD player being wonky. The speakers would be my biggest complaint because I wasn't sure if the speakers would just work without having external speakers. It doesn't. It was a hassle linking my bluetooth headphones and speakers to the computer. It finally worked right when I got my monitor. I don't know why it did that but it was just troublesome for no reason.

Unit arrived safely in "turnkey" condition; ready go to work as soon as peripheral connections hooked up. Once operating system update installed I ran performance tests to "proof" system capabilities.Expecting to be underwhelmed, I actually came away quite impressed and have not been disappointed in any way. Though not a gaming unit, this is a very balanced, high performance machine that can do it all!!

Update: The power supply died on day three. Scratch on side, undersized HP keyboard. Returned it. New unit has correct Dell keyboard, anti-virus loaded, much better. Still working. Good computer for the money, but it's a gamble.

I've only had the desktop for about a week now but everything I've looking for to replace my laptop at work. The desktop was perfectly package.

Very small tower, no room for adds. Cd/DVD player broke within a couple of weeks.
