When I first used it, the right side white developer part of the bottle was blocked. Only color was coming out. I shook the bottle to loosen it. And after a few times got it working. Color is very good. But comes out looking black even if I leave it just for 15 mins. Next time will try the light brown one.

I ordered dark brown and it changes hair colour to black. Garbage quality Do not buy
