There is nothing to dislike about the blue jackets manual. if you were serious about a naval career, this manual will tell you everything you need to know about non-rating specific knowledge required of enlisted sailors. I highly recommend a hardcover.

Just received my cop. I glanced through it and I’m pleasantly surprised to find the format has been returned to a normal topic by chapter format not the the computer geek hide and seek format of start a topic then go look at the gold tab then go check the website. A nice, straightforward, information by topic setup the way a manual should be. All sailors who received the 25th edition need this one.
