Like Mike [DVD]

What is a couple of times but it brought back a really great memory. Just wanted those things to watch when you don’t even know what to watch.

I like it

I was never able to completely watch and remember the movie, "Like Mike" when I was younger. But now I am glad that I waited until now to be able to see the movie and understand the emotional message. Before I watched this movie, I just assumed that it was all about basketball and a little kid getting into the NBA with magic shoes. That may be part of the plot, but I saw the touching scenes of a kid looking for parents who he so desperately wants and needs, come to find out that the father for him was his teammate all along. Besides basketball, the inspirational message I got from this was how a rocky relationship with someone can improve, like with Calvin Cambridge and his bully in the orphanage, and Calvin with his teammate, Tracy Reynolds. Overall, Like Mike was a great movie that had the themes of basketball, family, and relationships.

I thought I was going to be bored but it was very entertaining - even for adults. A cute boy movie. Loved it! This is one you could buy the movie.

An absolutely grand movie for one who may be seeking a nostalgic backdrop from their younger years, or even as an introduction to ones children/young adults. This movie certainly brings a warmth that the whole family can enjoy together, multiplying it with the speedy delivery in which it came, you have an equally pleased customer!
