Better than the Proline lights, which this replaces for me. The other, fancier name brand light only operated on batteries, which seems pretty shortsighted. I ran through three AA's a week. This is better. Feels better, a little smaller but feels better-made, has rechargeable and has power dongle. Perfect!

I got this for my voiceover booth. It’s nice and bright in my dark space! I like the two levels of light. And it doesn’t have a hum that I was afraid would be a problem for recording. I don’t have plugs in my space so the fact that this is rechargeable is huge.I was so impressed by the quality. It’s sturdier than I expected. The on/off button is easily accessible and easy to use.

Excellent two-tier light source. Wide enough to light up a wide stand. Low light setting should not bother someone sitting next to you. Rugged construction. Very reasonable price.

Been using this for a few months now. Bright enough to get the job done. The bending part is stiff and holds the position well. The clip is strong and has padding to prevent scratching. The charging cord is pretty long so I can leave it plugged in while playing at one of my pianos and the battery lasts a long time for using at the other piano. No complaints yet. Great value.

Tis is a very fine rechargeable music lamp at a good price. The layout of lamp, gooseneck, swtiches is neat and well thought out. The item arrived quickly, nicely packaged, with good instructions and included a carrying case. It runs either on the batteries or wall current or USB. Cable is provided for the latter 2. I use it on a large good grand piano. The clamp that is used to attach to the music stand is tight and has padding inside to avoid scratching the piano (although I still use a cloth on the piano before clamping.) There are two brightness levels; low, which works but I find inadequate for piano playing, and high, which is quite good---but only when the lamp is being added to other, insufficient lighting in the room. Alone in a dark room, I don't think even the high setting would be enough.Customer support was excellent: I had a few questions about the lamp ( it worked fine) and the response was rapid and on target.Strong positive recommendation..

Bought first one for music and then a second for needlework. Very bright rechargeable light that is lightweight, but still sturdy. The best embroidery light I’ve found.

It is a bit loose when clipped to the music stand but it stays in place so no problem there. Especially like the 2 brightness settings. Battery life is really, really good.

UPDATE: November 26, 2023-Been using the light on my headboard bookcase to lower the ambiance as I ready for sleep. In adjusting it the neck separated from the charging case. I pushed it back in. Then this morning I went to turn it on and the lights blew out, I guess. Oh, well, it HAS lasted since I bought it in 2018. I suppose I just moved it about too much.————::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::I LOVE this lamp! I machine knit during the winter and need additional clean bright light to be able to see the small knit stitches of finer yarn on the machine bed. Regular house lights cast too many shadows but this light chases that away. What I like especially is that it’s not a harsh glaring bright that some LED lamps produce but more a pure daylight type less the harshness. I spend about 3 hours at a time at my knitting machine making sweaters and the lamp hasn’t dimmed or made any odd sounds or any odd thing. Initial charging was great - the charge light turned green as it was designed to when the lamp was ready. It’s perfect for my needs.
