Calm with every sip!
I always come back to this adrenal cocktail. I mix it with something flavored since it is very salty but the difference I feel is always immediate! If I ever start to get sick I drink it more, I drink it after a sauna visit and in general, on more taxing days! I feel soothed the second I drink it. Super high quality. A little pricey but very worth it for what it does for me.

LOVE this! It is a GREAT way to raise sodium and potassium levels when mixed right!
I had bloodwork and my sodium and potassium were low, so my provider suggested this. I didn't want to do the pill form so ordered the powder form and it was AWFUL, absolutely awful. I mixed with water, and the taste made me gag. I had to put it in just a little water and then drink it as fast as possible, and it still made me gag. Then I read a review where someone mixed some lemon juice (I use fresh squeezed because I think it tastes best), and some stevia for sweetness. I tried it and honestly, I look forward to this now each morning to start by day before I have my first cup of coffee. My provider explained that cortisol is high in the morning and this is great way to jumpstart my day with goodness, and I look forward to it now and find it refreshing. I put about 1 tbsp (or more) of lemon juice, 8 drops of stevia (have to play around with it depending on which kind you use) and cold water with a little ice in it. Mix it up and really enjoy sipping on it first thing every day! On my next round of bloodwork after starting this, my potassium and sodium were back to normal, so I know it works!

Adrenal booster
Always a great product for helping boost the adrenal glands. Mixes well in water but small amounts of juice helps with the salty taste. Was a great Black Friday price!

I use this a lot!
I go through quite a bit of this. I am not a "water drinker" (wish I was) but due to some kidney and gut issues, plain water is just really difficult. I also tend to get tons of light-sensitive headaches if I drink plain water. This really helps that. I mix it with everything I drink (which is either water or herbal tea) so I go through 2-3 heaping scoops per day. I use one heaping scoop in about 20oz of lemon water or tea. By itself, it does not taste great but that's not really the fault of the product. It's salt! It tastes like salt. I'm so grateful that it doesn't have extra flavorings added because with my sensitivities that would prevent me from being able to use it. Thank you, Jigsaw, for not adding anything extra!!! If the taste really bothers you, you can use the pill option instead and not taste anything. When you drink it as often as I do, you don't mind the taste anymore. I appreciate that this is available in several forms. Pills and individual packets for on-the-go use, powder for at home. I've used them all. I'm not a great pill swallower so I have on occasion opened the pills into my drink like the powder. This does make it cloudier than the regular powder form and there is more sediment left in the bottom of the glass. I think there's an additional anti-caking agent added in the pills. Six pills (one recommended dose) seems like more powder than the recommended scoop dose of powder, so I'm assuming that is why. Using this as much as I do, I have noticed some inconsistencies. There is a bit of a taste/color difference between the packets and the scoopable powder. There is also a difference from canister to canister with the powder, I've noticed. I had a few in a row that were pretty consistent in taste/color, then just got one that is considerably pinker and fizzes quite a bit more. I'm not sure why that is. but I haven't noticed a difference in effectiveness.

A staple!!!
I’m on my second purchase of this product. This product has worked well for helping me hydrate my body. No headaches, nausea or gimmicks here. A natural source to add to your daily water intake. It’s now a staple!!!

Horrendous taste
Yikes. Wanted to love this product since I am someone who works out for about 2/3 hours daily but cannot get over the bitter taste. You cant even hide this god awful taste in Orange Juice. Not worth the money if you are dry heaving just attending the 1st sip.

Does the job, cheaper than other electrolytes
Great for hydration and replenishing minerals. Costs much less than other electrolyte mixed and doesn’t include the sugar or sugar alternatives. I like mine with water and a splash of lemon juice!

I'm terrible with taking tablets, and tried to get myself to take these consistently for 5 whole months. Nothing obvious seemed to result from taking them when I did - or SO I THOUGHT! One of the adrenal glands' roles is that they are very involved in the female reproductive cycle, in that they make bioavailable the copper and zinc required to produce the oestrogen and progesterone spikes of each phase. Well, I had been experiencing a (quite young) perimenopause, for about 2 years... When I learned the above, I got it in my head that maybe part of that was because my adrenals were down and out. So I began by merely taking these tablets (in desperation) for a couple of days when I FELT like I should be getting my period - but wasn't (up to 8/9 week cycles, urgh). Low and behold... within 24 hours my period would come. I did this for 4 months, sometimes leaving it a good solid week feeling like that before I did, with the same result each time. Previously that feeling could go on for weeks and weeks... After 4 months I decided that, for once in my life, I would take something consistently. If three days achieved such transition, what might daily accomplish? I must say, I feel nearly back to normal. So many things which had changed with my body (boobs, hair, mood, libido) are reverting back to my old normal. I thought it would have an impact, but never imagined how quick or how profound - I was noticing changes within a week. Do I notice my ADRENALS, though??? No, I don't. Yet, I KNOW that the evidence suggests that some tasks which my adrenals need to undertake for me, and clearly weren't previously doing, are now happening. I followed the advice of the Magnesium Advocacy Group, which suggests that you will lose the nutrients which the adrenal cocktails provide, if you take them with food (they'll get wrapped up in supporting digestive processes). So you're supposed to take them at least 2 hours after food and not eat for at least an hour afterwards. They also suggest that 10am and 2pm are optimum times to take the cocktail, because that is when your adrenals are 'firing' (per your circadian rhythms). I have taken the cocktail 1x per day (supposed to take 2x) about 80% of the time. I have stuck to taking them at approximately 10am about 50% of the time. I always take them away from food. I've had a frankly profound result - though I wouldn't have known it were it not for my 'perimenopause' that went away! I'd have had to have blood tests to prove the results. I do wonder, given the only other review is completely the opposite of mine a) how long the reviewer was taking the supplement (recommended 6 months by Magnesium Advocacy Group), b) how they were taking it (time/with or without food) and c) how they 'measured' the results. I'd recommend this product, taken in line with the protocol suggested by health professionals and as described by the Magnesium Advocacy Group, as I had great success with it. Be patient if you're looking to suddenly be filled with renewed energy, though!

A unique and newly improved product providing a whopping 400mg of WHOLEFOOD VITAMIN C ! 400mg is rare, if not impossible, to find in other health supplements on the worldwide market (at the time of writing). Jigsaw are also magnesium specialists and a recommended brand by both patients and health practitioners following the Root Cause Protocol; a magnesium health protocol. The adrenal cocktail is recommended as part of the health program. The Adrenal Cocktail can be supportive if you are struggling with adrenal fatigue. I have been using this product since it's launch in 2017 and compared to a home made version, find this miles better. I really noticed a significant difference between the two and it made the investment worthwhile. Anyway, you cant get 400mg wholefood Vit C from drinking OJ. It's effective, easy to mix into WATER or JUICE and is not overly saline in taste. The tub lasts longer that I thought it would.

Would highly recommend! I was always getting run down/colds! Since I started taking this I feel so much more energised and I’m getting colds far less frequently! The taste is tricky, I know friends who just take it as a shot, I mix it with juice of a fizzing vitamin c tablet and drink it quite easily.

I had serious adrenal issues over a few year period, I found this product greatly supported my return to health. Taken at the right time adrenal supplements are ideal. For a long time I took no supplements to let my adrenals recover, then added in slowly, once healed other pathways like leaky gut etc working with a nutritional therapist. I no longer have adrenal fatigue. Woop! Oh and I added this just to water first thing in the morning, tastes pleasant, and as felt better I popped into my water bottle to drink throughout the day - hope this helps someone cos AF is challenging :)
