My iPhone already has a shattered back from a Caudbe case. I loved them but they let me down! I had theSymmetry but it was too cheap feeling, wasn’t flush against the back & the MagSafe barely held. This has an awesome mag hold, takes a solid minute to install but really isn’t any more bulk than a standard case. I like the feel & knowing it’ll help keep my already shattered back adhered better. Perfect all around case for me as I work at heights & need something protective.

Otterbox has given me nothing but peace of mind! Peace of mind that my investment in my phone is well protected! I have always had the Defenders series for all my phones going all the way back to the Iphone 4 and will never buy any other case! They are pricey no doubt (nice discount here on Amazon) but I have happily payed full price in the past because what you get is a solid product figuratively and literally that also feels good in your hand! The Defenders series does add a some heft and weight so of you don’t like a heavy phone Defenders series may not be for you. I prefer that weight because in my daily quick paced life I have less chance of dropping it when on the go. Now I have dropped my phone many times but with the case and the screen protector I bought to go along with it. (SP not included with the case) my phone has come out unscathed every time!This is however my first time experiencing the Mag Safe version of the Defenders case. I was concerned that rubber on the sides and not covering the back would by a trade off in protection for the mag safe feature. Also This version of the Case does not include the holster that comes with the full Defender’s version that is without the mag safe compatibility.I was also concerned that the plastic shell would be flimsy like the plastic shell is for the full Defenders. The full case the rubber is where the true protection is over the shell so the plastic shell is not that strong. But this is where Otterbox’s genius comes into play! The Mag Safe case has a much sturdier plastic shell then its non mag safe counterpart which means Mag Safe version did not sacrifice protection for the sake of the Mag Safe feature!Mag Safe still has the weight and heft to it but is more streamlined and slim. This is still a case that won’t stop your heart the next time you drop your phone!One last note I previously mentioned that this case does not come with the holster that was cool because the holster is no more than $16 but and this is seriously why I love Otterbox the case came with documentation on how to get the holster for up to one year after purchase free of charge just pay for shipping! That was unexpected and a great way to show us the customer that we are valued as customers. Or at least that is what I take from it.All in all Otterbox redesigned their most rugged case without sacrificing protection and it is just as great as it has been for all my previous phones!If you are reading this sentence you’re awesome! I love the design of this and it protects my phone while giving me magsafe and wireless charging.

I purchased years ago and it’s still holding up! The back of my phone was still able to crack in multiple areas with it on but I still use the case and it keeps my fingers from getting cut. The rubber edges are holding up after years of use. The bottom flap that opens to charge phone is still intact and has no sign of damage. That is normal the first thing that goes with a case. I’m overall satisfied with purchase. I wish it would have been able to handle getting stepped on without the back of the phone cracking but it could be worse.

I bought this case in 2023 (I was expecting a much later date of purchase) and it is still in great condition. The case has been dropped a few times and has protected my phone and screen. All the buttons still work and I've had zero issues so far. I highly recommend this case if you want good protection for your phone.
