Philips customer service for the win!
I used this toothbrush for about a year. It's hard to get all the gunk out of the toothbrush so I soaked it in retainer/denture cleaner, and I think that messed it up. Anyway, I was all worried that the warranty was over since it had been more than a year, but I messaged Philips customer support on their website and they sent me a replacement, no questions asked. So stoked! In terms of the product, I don't think you can get a more powerful cleaning experience in a smaller package. The charge also lasts EONS. I think I charge this thing 4 times a year (and yes I do brush twice a day). I recommend!

The Best
This Sonic Electric Toothbrush far exceeded my expectations. I had given up on electric toothbrushes because they were all round bristled and shook my teeth to fear of loosining. This does not do that it hums and truly is sonic with a toothbrush equal with a manual one which I love. The size is GREAT because it fits my toothbrush holder. This is so terrific that I purchased 2 (Black & Green) which gives me a spare so I never have to be without. Easy to charge, holds charge forever (it seems) do not hesitate to buy this one.

Much lower profile than my Essence toothbrush.
I’m used to my Sonicare Essence toothbrush, which I’ve used for perhaps 5 years now. The Philips One feels much buzzier than the Essence. It also comes with a full-sized brush head, rather than the more compact one that the Essence came with. It has a slightly more sophisticated timer — still 2 mins total, but it has a quadrant timer that cues you with a couple extra vibrations each 30 seconds. Battery life seems good so far, and it also charges via a USB-C, which is certainly more convenient for travel than carrying a proprietary cradle such as the one the Essence uses. OTOH, the battery life for the Essence is slightly longer than for the One, which is a decent trade off in my opinion.I will note that the package says my Philips One should have included a USB-C charging cable in the box, but mine did not have one in it when it arrived. The box was fairly easy to open - No awkward, sharp plastic clamshells here!

Perfect affordable electric toothbrush
Love the color!!! Also, I have never had to charge the brush in months. I change the head out, but the tooth brush lasts so long. This is my second one, and only purchase because of the color. The other toothbrush never ran out of battery after 6 months.

I like it
No frills just clean teeth. I’ve tried a lot of electric toothbrushes but this is my favorite. After a week of use my teeth felt like I just had a cleaning. And the size is almost that of a manual. Battery life is exceptional and the travel case is only slightly larger than the toothbrush itself. The rechargeable usb c port adds to its incredible value.

Great quality
This toothbrush may not have as many features as it's more expensive counterparts, but it works fantastic for what I need it to do, which is to brush my teeth. It may not connect to an app or anything but I don't need an app to tell me how to brush my teeth. I like this better than my first sonicare that I spent well over $100 for.
