We have had the same old containers for cereal, pasta, other items for about 20 years. My wife and I decided it was time to reorganize our pantry, and that set us on the path to find this set. They are exactly as described. They are clear. They are solid. They are contoured in such a way to make it easy to hold and pour. The tops fit in snuggly and do not fall out. The flip open pourspout snaps solidly closed. They stand upright and take up very little space. Best of all, they can hold an entire 20 oz. box of cereal and keep it fresh—a must in a house with tweens and teenagers.At roughly $10 per container, if these end up lasting just 3 years, that works out to 1 penny per container per day to keep a $5 box of cereal fresh until it’s consumed. Multiply that by one box per month and you can see these are a great value.

They look really nice and clear. The top seems airtight although there is no “latch” or locking style to put the lid on other than the rubber band on the inside. The top spout to pour does however click into place when closed properly to stay shut and airtight. I will mention the spout does not stay open on its own while you pour, you have to hold it open as you pour. I have only just purchased but so far they seem great, thick plastic and holds an entire MEGA box of cereal.

I love how sturdy these are. Keeps cereal fresh and no more open boxes spilling over! Makes it all look so neat.

I made this purchase because I needed a container that has good sealed all around to keep the ants from getting to my kids cereal. Overall the suction is good, love how it has a suction around the lip of the container and also in the pouring out part of the container. The color is great the storage is also great, it can fit a family size cereal. Easy to organize.

They do what they're supposed to -- provide airtight storage for a lot of dry food. The lids stay on with friction, but they're a very tight fit so I have confidence they'll stay put as long as the silicone seals remain in good condition. Same for the flip-up lid, which seems to seal well and can snap back to stay locked open for pouring. What's also nice is that the two containers come well packed in their own box so they arrive in perfect condition, unlike the Rubbermaid Brilliance cereal container I previously ordered (and returned) that was shipped loose in a plastic bag and consequently arrived so scuffed and scratched that it looked like it had been dragged behind a truck for a mile.

Really trying to whip my pantry into shape, and these organizers have me feeling encouraged and satisfied with the results. Good, tight seal (toddler-proof); pourable lid: I saw a review that said there’s no way to keep the lid open, but you just have to click it all the way (sounds like you broke it, but it’s just the plastic snap to keep it locked open!); clear container for visibility; and amazing capacity (roughly 2 normal-sized cereal boxes, or one and a half standard-sized bags of pretzels…). Went back after the first shipment to order another set of four. Love it!

These are really great. The plastic is thick and doesn't give and the lids fit perfectly. Each one fits two large boxes of cereal and the flip-back lid allows for easy pouring. They also look great in the pantry.

We use this to keep our ground coffee in. Always fresh, air tight and ready to open.
