I've been using it for a while already. Not on a regular basis as they recommend, though. I usually use it before events and my face becomes kind of brighter and fresher. Well, that's what people tell me. I myself feel that my skin tightens.

I was first introduced to this brand while in Europe. My cosmetologist recommended it and I have been using it ever since. The collagen serum is especially wonderful. There is already a visible effect within the first three days, my skin literary starts glowing. I use one ampoule at least 3 days/twice a day, which extends the length of the treatment and saves money.

The product itself is good and I was all set to subscribe to this item. However, the container it comes in is terrible and makes it a deal breaker. This comes in individual glass tubes that have to be broken open. Just what I wanted - broken glass in the bathroom. One of these is supposed to last a week, but with no way to seal a tube back up after it's been broken open, there is potential for spill and what happens to it when it's just open to air? Overall, the delivery method makes this product a no-go for me going forward.

glass ampules break into mixture when you open. Be careful you do not rub the glass shards onto your face. Mixture seemed old and congealed. Not like when purchased from a store.

I use Babor products regularly. I've always wanted to try the serums so I ordered a set. First off, there are no clear instructions of how to open the vials. There are pictures that show that they need to be broken open. The first vial had a plastic ring around it. I broke open the vial. Just to be clear, the instructions clearly show that you're supposed to pour the solution into your hands and spread it all over your face. Well, a tiny shard of glass fell into the solution that I poured into my hand. I spread some on my cheek and felt something scratch my face and blood started dripping out. I was shocked! I ended up pouring the rest of the solution into a small dish and held it to a light, to see if any more glass was hidden. To add insult to injury, I didn't know that I was supposed to save the plastic ring to open the other vials. In my exasperation I had tossed it, and the vial it was attached to, in the garbage. The whole experience sucked. Why package this serum in glass vials? Why would a manufacturer create a situation that can potentially endanger the consumer? Had I known that the vials needed to broken open, I would have taken more precautions or maybe not ordered this at all. It's too bad too, because the serum itself is effective. It minimized the "parentheses" on both sides of my mouth and the crinkles in my forehead. It absorbed fairly quickly and had almost no scent. I actually liked it. I still have vials left. I used one again, this time wrapping the vial in a cloth, breaking it open, pouring the solution into a small dish, and holding a light to it to make sure there are no glass particles in the solution. Smh. Yeah, I won't be ordering these again.
