This was just thrown in a big box before shipping, but thankfully held up well. It had the paper protective sleeve on it.Beautiful R2-D2. Feels like he's made out of a resin material. My almost 2 year old daughter is obsessed with him, and I love getting each of my kids one really special ornament each year so that when they move out, they'll have a special collection already. This absolutely fits the bill for my little girl.He's durable, beautifully painted. Can't wait to help her put him on our Christmas tree this year!
