Just the job
This was a good price and not too heavy to handle. I got this to to support my garden umbrella and fit the purpose exactly as it adjusts to fit different size poles.

I use it for holding a banner and it works well without not putting water into it ,it works and with water or without no water is still stand

Sturdy
This was third attempt at getting a reliable base for summer parasol. It is quite large and can be heavy when filled as I don’t want to leave out all the time, only when I need the parasol which this summer isn’t much 🤣. But it’s cheap and sturdy so good value, easy to turn to fit pole size, and in the winter can be emptied and stored more easily
