I use this oil only for a finishing oil, to add to marinades, sauces and dressing, for breads and focaccia and as a dipping oil. Any other cooking I use a blended oil to be more cost effective. We like the taste and quality of this product and I would order again. Arrived promptly and was well sealed and packaged.

Wife likes cooking with this olive oil. So far she has no complains of this olive oil.I drink a teaspoon-full of this olive oil every night. I like the taste, smell and freshness.The color is right as when swallowed gives pleasant tickle.We cook with this oil on medium to high stove's heat setting, so smoke point is moot.

Love this oil.. tastes really good.. and: supposedly [?] Is really good [health-wise] for you.. i even use this oil instead of face shaving cream [*i have very sensitive skin/complexion] and never irritates my skin.
