Good quality supplement, but it unfortunately makes me sleepy and gives me headaches. When I take this during the day, I’m so drowsy that I just want to nap. I decided to start taking it at night, but I keep waking up with headaches, my head feeling full and feeling plain groggy. It takes me forever to wake up. I think I have an allergy to it because it feels exactly like pollen allergy symptoms! Ugh, I wanted to like this.

Worth it, I order for mom who has Dimentia and when taken daily I can see some difference in her mental awareness a little better.

I sometimes take Gotu Kola when I feel heaviness or swelling in my legs. I ordered this one because it’s labelled organic, which I appreciated. I had previously taken Gotu Kola in capsule form, which was much easier to swallow. This product comes in a hard caplet, which is pretty large, making it uncomfortable for me to take. After using it for a few days, I didn’t feel the same effects I had experienced with other Gotu Kola products. It just didn’t seem to work well for me.
