PROS 🎀 - smells good - great formula and consistency - mildly reduces closed comedones and sebum production CONS 🎀 - expensive - scented - doesn’t have enough effect to justify buying 😬 Conclusion - only buy if u know ur way around skincare, and don’t just buy for the brand!!!

My daughter uses this regularly from Sephora, when she opened this one she said it was more watery than usual and hasn’t worked this time. Will go back to buying from Sephora !

I’ve been using this product for more than a month and still have not seen much difference. It makes skin nice and glowy but does not do what product intends. Dark spots are not improving and pigmentation still present. However, it’s a good product for beginners to skincare.

I've bought this product many of times and i love it as a whole. It definitely helps my acne prone skin in a way that no other salicylic acid based leave on treatment has. The scent is strawberry but natural. The formula absorbs well and feels almost soothing when applied unlike other salicylic acid products that burn. I usually purchase from glow recipe's actual website. However i had run out of just this serum and wasnt in need to re up on my products. I like to bundle up things to get the best deal but i just needed more of this serum. And i didnt wanna wait on shipping because they typically take a lil longer to deliver. And I was too busy to go to the sephora in town to buy it. So i went to trusty ol amazon and would u look at that $2 cheaper than the actual glowrecipe website. I had purchased this same serum once before when the GR site was out of stock and had caught an even better deal. I was satisfied with the serum that arrived then So i trusted i would get the same quality of product this time. However something seems off... it seems thicker... not only that but the color and opacity are different. Usually its watery and slightly milky but transparent mostly. What im getting now is white. Now ive had their strawberry blurring primer too and this feels very similar. Almost as if the bottles got filled incorrectly. Either that or some temperature or air exposure changed the formula either in shipment or in factory/distribution waiting to be shipped. I only received this current bottle a few days ago so only time will tell if the serum is altered/off then my skin will surely show it.

Whatever they put in this - it works. I’ve tried all kinds of products and I always come back to this serum. Not only do I not have any blemishes, but the tone, texture, and overall appearance of my skin is improved. Less redness, less oil production, smoother and more even texture is what keeps me coming back time after time. I wish it was cheaper, that’s my only negative, but even for $40 a bottle I feel like it’s a fair trade for the magic this serum does for my skin.
