RockTape Original 2-Inch Water-Resistant Kinesiology Tape

I was encouraged by my chiropractor to try this simple solution to some sore muscles/tendons in my wrist and hand. I followed the instructions and used it for several days before removing it. It definitely felt better. I wish I had paid attention when I ordered it though. My tape was covered with the “rock tape” lettering. A plain solid color would have been better. Less noticeable. When I reorder I will get a plain solid color. It stayed adhered very well.

I've tried strength tape, its decently strong but rocktape is more sticky and stronger stretch

This tape goes on well but does not last long, maybe 2 to 3 days. I also seem to itch from the adhesive. I have bought other tapes that work much better.

Stays stuck over a week, even when I swim 5 days a week.

The media could not be loaded. This stuff sticks. I strained my labrum in my shoulder and Rock Tape has brought me back to life! (On more the one occasion.) I have been using Tape for injuries for years now, but discovered Rock Tape 1year Plus ago and I never went back! I’m loyal to Rock Tape bc it is the best hands down. Don’t waste your money on anything else.

This doesn’t stay put very long, even after cleaning the skin. It only lasted a few hours before the corners started curling up.

I have severe peripheral neuropathy in my left arm, and subtly in my right arm. The pain has since spread and will shoot all the way into my shoulder blade and will wake me from a sound slumber, several times a night. It has been countless restless nights, dropping things and ultimately learning how to live without feeling anything and then feeling everything so painfully. Rock Tape has been a savior in this process, and it serves to be my mobility aid when I need it most. I wish it was not so expensive to be able to have the mobility, but I have tried several methods to ease the pain and nothing helps quite like this tape. I can highly recommend its usage for people like myself or anyone wanting that extra support should they need.
