Checkered Chef Salad Chopper Tool with Cover, Mezzaluna Knife Stainless Steel Vegetable Rocker, Mincer, Cutter

My husband (who loves to cook!!) had a stroke last year. Using a traditional knife was quite difficult with one hand. The mezaluna is made for one handed cutting and allowed my husband to do most of his own prep work again! He has 2 of them. One to wash in the dishwasher and one to use while the other one washes. I put it in the very back of the top rack in the middle with the blade up. This reduces the chances of injury from the blade. VERY SHARP BLADE! So be extra careful! I use it as well and really like how effectively it cuts. My husband has a special cutting board with spikes on it to hold the food in place. This allows him to cut securely and the mezaluna makes quick work of food prep!

I bought this in 2018. 7 years later in 2025, it still works and looks brand new. It chops salads well and even works to make guacamole if you don’t have the right tool for that.

My occupational therapist recommended rocker knives for my arthritis. This one works well and comes with a cover that’s easy to get on and off. I hand wash this. Easy to use.

You don't have to worry about chopping off a finger like with a knife. The ease of this item to use is incredible: quick, precise, and safe. The chopping is finished in no time. It is a durable, useful tool in food preparation.

This feels good in hand when cutting items! I also bought wooden bowl. It works well because it fits just right. Great for herbs, nuts, etc.

This is funny as all get out. I saw this while watching an anime. I love kitchen gadgets. Cutting up veggies is a pain in the butt so when I saw it on the anime, I thought oh my god this is just what I need. If you only thing was, I didn’t know what the name was and I had to do a little search but I found it then I saw it on Amazon because I copied the name of the item and I got this today. I am in heaven this will take away the repetitive movements you get by just chopping with a knife. I am so glad because I have carpal tunnel and this works out perfectly.Honestly, try it you’ll like it you’ll fall in love with it

This knife isn't as sharp as other rocker knives I've had. It will cut easy things but isn't quite sharp enough to easily cut through a chicken breast. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Love it! Makes preparing salad easy among other uses
