Works great, keeps my printer toasty
I like to insulate the enclosures of my 3D printers to reach higher chamber temps and retain heat for increased efficiency. I've used other kinds of bubble wrap insulation in the past, but this stuff was both easier to use and is doing a better job with less lost space. As pictured, I used this to line the inside of my Sovol SV08, it's a fairly big printer and I had plenty left over. The adhesive made this a lot easier to install than other products I've used. Time will tell if the adhesive holds up, but so far I have no complaints. For a professional installation, you should also employ some foil tape to cover the seams, else you will get glass hairs coming out with time.Safety note: this should be obvious, because it is fiberglass, but wear gloves when handling. This stuff likes to dig into your skin.

Motorcycle bags- Does a decent job- thin!
Doubled up under my motorcycle synthetic saddle bags. Still gets hot but way better than no protection sitting directly on pipes!! Decent stick required some coaxing on curves but has managed to stay put! Excellent value for extended life of my bags!

Awesome buy! Wood stove
Works great to reflect heat from a wood stove that was built before new regulations were valid. Love it !

After 1350 miles in 3 days I can tell you it works!
I installed this under my engine cover in my Coachmen Class A motorhome just before leaving on our trip from Florida to Missouri. In the past the heat coming off the engine fought with our cab ac and the noise drowned out the music. By lunch time when we stopped at the rest area just north of Tampa we were convinced it was much better and comfortable. By the end of the day in the Florida Panhandle we were truly impressed. It was another 90 degree day, but we were more comfortable than ever before. They said it would cut down the heat by 90%. I can't swear it did that, but when I put my hand on the side of the engine cover it only felt warm, not HOT! I was even more surprised by the sound deadening since the product is not very thick. It cut the noise by more than 50%. I highly recommend this product. It was easy to install as I cut it into 24 inch lengths and laid it on the inside of the cover. The top of the cover stayed cool with just the insulation from the factory. You might want 2 packages depending on your size you need to cover. I'm buying another one to do some additional sound deadening in other areas.

Good product
I bought this to insulate the back side of my air fryer cabinet as well as the top. The materials. Easy to work with cuts well and the adhesive works like a charm.

Nice product but not sure about its actual heat shielding properties
Nice product. Looks good, feels good, easy to cut and good adhesive backing. Unfortunately I can not say the same about its actual heat shielding properties. I'm using this as a heat shield on the underside of a shelf in a hifi stereo rack to protect the equipment on top of the shelf from a hot power amp on the shelf below. There is about 2 inches of distance between the top of the amp and the underside of the shelf where I applied the heat shield. The shelf is open on 4 sides so there is ample space for air flow. The top of the upper shelf is still getting very hot. It is a few degrees cooler than the top of the amp, which I would expect with the 2" air gap and the air flow. I guess I had expected a bit more of a heat deflection and shielding effect, but perhaps this is not the right kind of application for this product. It looks very professional though! :-)
