Great hose, took about a minute to put on the outside tap with no problems.

Really good hose. Used to get this make before but was then tempted by cheaper brands. They never lasted very long so went back to this one and it was good then but I can see they’ve made improvements on the model. It looks as thick as a normal hose this time and doesn’t go back all crinkly but stays thick. It seems a lot lot stronger.

this is the 2nd one if have purchased. the materials have changed but the lightness has not. the only criticism i have with this is none of the joins were tight and therefore when i ran water through it for the first time it was everywhere. there should either be clear notes on the packaging about this or it should have been tightened in the production line

I've just received this hose and the two ends were missing .so there was no nozzle or connector. It arrived in a brown cardboard box which I found abit suspect .other reviews said that they had bought one years before and they were good only these seemed different but still going under the same name.it Also it does not stretch to 25 foot. I doubt that it will last the summer.

I bought an XHose when it originally came out years ago and loved it, the best part about it was the hose retracted when the water was turned off so there was no chasing round the garden to 'collect it'. It was finally time to purchase a new one so I chose this one, the material of the hose has been upgraded and feels nice to hold BUT I am very disappointed to report it doesn't retract like my previous one and once again am having to go around the garden to 'collect it'. I'm very disappointed with it and will not buy another XHose which is such a shame.
