Very challenging

What an amazing book. Very difficult this test book.. I took my child to Sylvan Learning ins to practice this book.. Everything she did in 3/ 4 hour sessions and the next day took the test, she said everything she studied from the nook was on her test, but a few Math questions was on it.. We've not heard her results yet, but weeks later she is still asking to read more of this book.. Very engaging for a child who likes to learn

Very useful tool to help practice for cogat test. Gets the kids familiar with format. The SmartCookie books are supposed to be close to the format of the actual tests. (We'll know more in a few weeks). This was also very reasonably priced compared to other books out there. The only thing I would have added to the book is a bubble answer sheet. But that was a quick fix using paper readily available at home.

As I say, I have not found any bad book in my life, this book is good for CogAT practice.Please note that this is only the first step and scoring 100% in these 2 tests in this book are not a guarantee to crack CogAT. This is only supplemental to the overall practice that child need to do before taking actual test in school.

Very helpful book! I was sceptical first and thought online subscriptions would more efficient but no! My son had only 3 days to prepare for test since we received this book and we went thought it, it was very interesting even for me (parent) to challenge myself. Would definitely recommend along with Test 1 Book. My son passed his test! Proud of him!

My daughter enjoyed this practice book very much. The section she scored the lowest on is what she scored highest on when taking the actual test. She was challenged by that section and studied it on her own and I believe it clicked for her. Definitely would recommend!

My daughter said that this book is good so I looked at pages and there were great explanations. The cover was hard to rip. My daughter enjoyed doing this work book. I recommend you to buy this workbook.

Very good to prepare for Cogat test, grade 3/level 9! Some practice is must to clear this test. My son used this one, he mentioned it was interesting, we are waiting for results around December.
