The gels tastes good and easily to swallow. It never upset my stomach since less additional ingredients. The gels last me for 40 min to an hour keep energy compare to other gels only last at least 30 mins.

I use this stuff before I run. I like that it doesn’t have added sugar. I feel like it helps give me something good in my stomach without being overloaded for a run. The taste isn’t bad, but it’s not dessert. It is totally edible. I just squeeze it in my mouth 15-30 minutes before I start my run. I feel like it makes a difference in my workouts.

I tried this for my 14 mile long run, and I loved them. I went off of the good reviews. I hadn't heard of their product before. The flavor was really good. I tried strawberry banana, orange mango and lime I believe. The consistency was perfect. I felt a energy boost every time I ate one. I played with the timing a bit. I took one 15 min before my run, the next at 3 miles, the next at 7 miles and lastly one at 11 miles. It didn't feel like too much and I didn't have stomach upset. Some I've used before would cause some acid reflux which was terrible. The package says 75 mins, but that seemed to long to me. I'll have to keep trying to get the perfect fuel times. *** I have been using these for maybe a couple months? I do love the energy boost, but the after taste is starchy and does make your mouth dry***

These are great during long runs-not gritty, sweet but not too sweet, very easy to digest

I use to use the GU gels & honey stingers, but I was researching these, tried them out and they’re fantastic! I only have to take 1 pouch every 75 mins compared to 3 GU gels. The GU ones started to make me sick after downing like 5 of them, but these ones don’t make my tummy hurt at all. I also noticed a “sugar high” and “crash” with the others, but just solid steady energy with these. I took one pouch before my 5 mile run yesterday and I didn’t have to bring any extras with me- I felt great during my whole run. The only negative comment I have is the taste of the “original” flavor. I had to chase it with something else because the taste was gross in my opinion. But still giving these 5 stars because everything else is so much more important!

Did the job but the taste was like no other. It was awful and I found it difficult to get down while trying not to gag on my runs. I'm not a picky person so I am so confused as to how people can get this stuff down.
